Production FDM 3D Printing Services
TAY3D provides scalable FDM manufacturing for prototypes, low-volume production, repeat orders, and production runs involving thousands of parts. Our fleet of more than 70 printers allows jobs to be distributed across multiple machines for faster turnaround without sacrificing consistency between parts.
We manufacture functional components in standard, engineering-grade, flexible, reinforced, and high-temperature thermoplastics. Whether you need an initial production sample or recurring inventory, we can tailor material selection, machine allocation, inspection, and finishing to your project.
Production Capabilities
Our production fleet supports projects ranging from a single functional prototype to repeat orders involving thousands of parts. Jobs can be distributed across multiple printers to increase output, shorten lead times, and provide scalable capacity as demand grows.
Prototype and Low-Volume Production
Produce one-off components, design iterations, replacement parts, jigs, fixtures, and short production runs without the tooling costs associated with injection molding. FDM makes it practical to revise a design between orders or manufacture only the quantity currently needed.
Repeat Production Orders
We support recurring production for customers who need parts manufactured on demand or replenished periodically. Approved files and production requirements can be reused for future orders, helping reduce setup time and maintain continuity between production runs.
Scalable Multi-Machine Manufacturing
With more than 70 FDM printers in our production fleet, TAY3D can allocate multiple machines to larger orders while continuing to support repeat work. Production capacity can be adjusted according to part size, material, quantity, and required delivery schedule.
Large-Format Parts
Individual parts can be produced at sizes up to 500 × 500 × 500 mm, depending on material and geometry. Larger designs can often be manufactured as multiple sections and joined through precision assembly.
Expedited Manufacturing
Expedited production may be available for time-sensitive projects. Availability depends on material inventory, part geometry, order quantity, machine requirements, and current production capacity.
